Pete Petrouski joins National Realty Network with an extensive background in real estate brokerage and corporate management.
His education includes a bachelor’s degree from De Paul University’s College of Liberal Arts and Science. He continued his professional development with the completion of the challenging Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) training.
Pete's first exposure to real estate was as a District Manager for an Allstate Enterprise subsidiary. His work here included administering a nationwide program to deliver foreclosed properties to the Secretary of HUD.
He continued in this position to develop real estate related programs to be sold Mortgage Guarantee Insurance Co. and Federal National Mortgage Association. He continued on in the real estate industry as a Mortgage Banker Association Member while working for Transamerica Mortgage with the funding of government insured mortgages.
His work in the real estate brokerage industry has included company ownership, investor, developer, board member for local real estate boards, and statewide arbitrator for the California Association of Realtors.
Pete has also been a volunteer board member of Adult and Adolescent Drug Rehabilitation, San Mateo County Foster Care Agency and is presently a volunteer with Faith In Action. He is a member of the McHenry Area Chamber of Commerce.
